This privacy notice explains how WW YourSpace Limited (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our website, make an enquiry, or book trailer hire.

Depending on how you use our services, we may process:

- Booking details (trailer type, hire dates, fulfilment, purpose of hire, towing vehicle and licence category).
- Documents you upload for verification (for example proof of address and driving licence images).
- Payment-related information processed by our payment provider (card details are handled by the provider and are not stored on our servers).
- Technical information needed to run the site securely (for example session cookies and basic server logs).
- Messages you send via our contact or enquiry forms.

- To provide quotes, take bookings, arrange collection or delivery, and manage your hire (performance of a contract).
- To verify identity, documents and insurance suitability where required for hire (legitimate interests / contract).
- To take payment of hire charges and security deposits (contract).
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interests / contract).
- To meet legal, accounting and insurance obligations (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud or misuse (legitimate interests).
4. Who we share information with
We only share personal data where needed to run the service, for example:
- Payment processing providers (to take card payments securely).
- Hosting and database providers that store booking and document data on our behalf.
- Email delivery providers used to send booking and enquiry messages.
- Professional advisers, insurers or authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data. Document uploads are held for staff review as part of the booking process and are not emailed as unprotected attachments by default.
5. How long we keep information
We keep booking, payment and related records for as long as needed to fulfil the hire, handle deposits, meet tax and insurance requirements, and resolve disputes. Enquiry messages are kept for a reasonable period to handle your request. Document images may be retained for the hire and a limited period afterwards for verification and claims handling, then deleted or securely destroyed when no longer required.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK data protection law.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
