Accessibility statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practicable. In particular:

• Clear page structure with headings and a main content landmark.
• A skip link to jump to the main content.
• Visible keyboard focus styles on interactive controls.
• Primary buttons and navigation targets sized for touch use.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images where provided.
• Form fields associated with visible labels in the booking journey.
• Support for reduced motion via prefers-reduced-motion.
• Content presented in English (UK).

This website is designed to be accessible, but some parts may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We continue to improve forms, booking status messaging, colour contrast and screen-reader behaviour as we develop the site.

• Some catalogue images may be decorative or awaiting final photography.
• Complex calendar views may be easier to use on a larger screen.
• Document upload depends on your device’s file picker and camera capabilities.
